If you or a loved one needs care, you can approach the Social Services department for a free assessment of your needs. Care funded by social services will depend on 2 key factors.

2. A financial assessment

If you are not eligible for funding, we can assist you as a private customer.
Even if you are eligible for funding via social services, we can provide your care package either by directly working with the local social services or through Direct Payments

Private Clients

We care of people under a private contract for services we deliver.
We will invoice you every 4 weeks and you can pay by cash, direct debit or standing order.
We also accept Bitcoin as a method of payment.

Direct Payments

A Direct Payment is made by your local authority directly to you to organise the services you need yourself or a loved on.
